  • Oyster catcher in the Tarpon Bay Preserve.
  • Kingfisher at Lakes Regional Park. If you have ever tried to photograph these, you already know that these are difficult to shoot as they tend to stay just out of range of a good telephoto lens.
  • Snowy plover on Sanibel Island. This tiny shore bird stands about 6" tall and is an endangered bird.

  • Kingfisher at Lakes Regional Park. After years of trying to get a good picture of one of these in Michigan and Florida, I finally got close enough to get a few shots including this one.
